1. Booking requests
Submitting the booking form sends a request only. A reservation is confirmed only when the host approves it and you receive a confirmation email. Prices shown are in South African rand (ZAR). A minimum stay of 3 nights applies.
2. Payment
No payment is taken when you submit a request. Once your booking is confirmed, the host will contact you with payment details and due dates.
3. Guests and use of the home
A maximum of 8 guests may stay. Parties and events are not permitted. Noise restrictions: Please keep noise to a minimum.
Check-in is after 15:00; checkout is before 11:00.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation terms are being finalised and will be shared before you book.
5. Damage and security deposit
Whether a security deposit applies, and its amount and refund timeline, will be confirmed with your payment details.
6. Liability
Guests use the pool, garden and facilities at their own risk. The host is not liable for loss or damage to guests' belongings.
